Spending Controls
MasterCard Corporate payment card programmes allow organisations to control spending limits by division, department or employee.
Organisations can establish controls and limitations that mirror corporate spending policies. Issuers will work with the organisations to set appropriate authorisation controls.
Examples of authorisation controls include:
- Euro limit per transaction: setting a maximum single euro limit on each purchase.
- Euro limit per month: setting a maximum monthly limit on each card.
- Merchant category code restrictions: allows purchases to be made only at selected merchants.
